JCOE (College Counselling Code: SHLN) was established with an aim to offer holistic education in Teaching and Learning for the empowerment of Student -Teachers from all the strata of society by promoting academic excellence, employability, and leadership with social commitment. During the last 15 years, the college has grown abundantly to become one of the leading TEI’s in Telangana state.

The vision and mission of the management are reflected in the achievements of the students of the college. The students of this college have shown their academic excellence by getting high ranks and medals at the University level and being placed in renowned Indian and foreign Schools.
